1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mhrigma (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Mhrigma provides online multiple-choice question (MCQ) practice for competitive exams in Gujarat, India. Content is available in English and Gujarati. The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

Users sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. Mhrigma does not store your Google password. You may optionally set a separate password for email-based sign-in.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions (Monthly ₹49 / Yearly ₹349) grant full access to all chapters and unlimited mock tests. Free accounts receive limited access. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials; (b) attempt to access restricted areas without authorization; (c) use automated scripts or bots; (d) upload malicious content.

6. Intellectual Property

All question content, explanations, and platform design are the intellectual property of Mhrigma. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mhrigma is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee exam success or specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.
