Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

Mhrigma provides digital subscription services that grant immediate access to online quiz content. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that this is a digital product and access is granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

To cancel, visit Dashboard → Settings → Subscription or contact our support team.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the immediate nature of digital access, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription is activated. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error.
  • Service Unavailability: If the Platform was inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault.
  • Fraudulent Transaction: If you can provide evidence of unauthorized use of your payment method.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) used during the transaction. Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@mhrigma.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The transaction/order ID from Razorpay
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days.

6. Razorpay Compliance

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds are processed through Razorpay's refund API and comply with their settlement timelines. For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Razorpay's grievance officer as per their terms.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
